Day 3, 4, 5 and 6

11:00 Finally! A river! A river? The lady at the hotel never mentioned any river when I asked her about the map and my planned route. Let’s take care of that problem after some water. I basically fell down to the ground, dropped the back pack and slid down to the water’s edge. After a… Read more »

Jump!

Went fishing yesterday, and it wash´t half bad. Autumn is underrated. I stumbled onto a huge hatch of Bibio pomonae in one of my favorite rivers, and found a couple of really good fish that could´t resist the juicy black bugs, gulping them down at a steady pace. Here are some screenshots from the video… Read more »

Excellent Review in Jazznytt

Greetings. Here´s an excellent review of Season One from the latest issue of Norwegian jazz magazine Jazznytt: For those of you who aren´t fortunate enough to be able to read Norwegian, I can decipher a couple of lines: “Spending a long time on the road will do something to a jazz band, and the group… Read more »

Lucky 7

Hellau! Just back from the mountains after a half-day fishing trip. I was hoping to get some solo-filming done, but it was a little bit too windy up there – you need perfect conditions to make the solo-filming thing work. Fred & Me on Live TV

Hi! The last few weeks have been really busy. I´ve been doing a lot of fly fishing lately – summer above the arctic circle area is such a brief phenomenon that you really have to make the most it. Like last night, for example, when I caught the pretty 1,1 kg fattie above. We´ve gotten… Read more »

Stuck in southern Sweden

If you red the last blog from us, you know about our expedition going on right now. Tapani is probably catching a huge trout as you red this. Håvard is dancing behind a tree. Joona is wrestling with a bear. Petzi is filming.. I´m just guessing since I´m not there. Quite a lot of gigs fell… Read more »

Greetings! We are up north. We have started our expedition. The weather is crap. The weather will get better. We will catch big fish. We will keep you posted. Stay tunes!

New Video: Picking Blueberries

On June 14th, I grabbed my camera and my flyrod and went to one of my favorite areas to fish and film a little bit. Beautiful scenery, beautiful fish and a not-so-beautiful man. Bon appetite!
